Meet the trainer
Leslie Guerin
Hi! I’m Leslie Guerin, the creator of BarSculpt and a 25-year fitness professional. After earning my Theatre degree from the University of Southern Maine, I moved to New York City, where I discovered my passion for the Lotte Berk Method and Pilates. My love for group fitness teaching led me to create BarSculpt while living in England, blending Pilates’ neutral alignment with dynamic variations of the Lotte Berk Method.
Today, I’m committed to helping people feel empowered in their bodies through both in-person and virtual classes, as well as comprehensive teacher trainings.
