These Barre classes incorporate the dynamic, targeted movements of traditional barre to create a balanced routine that strengthens and stretches the full body. I am Leslie Guerin, founder of BarSculpt and a master instructor with over 25 years of experience in Barre and Pilates. I specialize in training and mentoring instructors, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to teach effectively. My programs focus on anatomy, proper cueing, and adaptable techniques, ensuring that teachers can lead safe, effective, and engaging classes for all levels.
